ERA-NET Neuron grant / PAIN LAB partners meeting

On June 17-18, prof. Katarzyna Starowicz, along with many distinguished specialists in the field of pain research took part in in a face-to-face meeting of the IT PAIN project consortium. This meeting was preceded by numerous subgroup meetings and a questionnaire study to reach the consensus meeting point.

Thanks to a bilateral Scientific Cooperation Agreement signed by the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei and Polish Academy of Sciences Prof. Katarzyna Starowicz spend 5 working days at the Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitellit. She was accompanied by a talented post-doc, dr Katarzyna Popiołek-Barczyk.

The 4th International Annual Congress on Controversies on Cannabis-Based Medicines in Frankfurt is a wrap!

Strong public and patient demand have led to the decision to allow cannabis products for medical use in most European countries. Med-Cannabis2023, which took place in Frankfurt from Dec 4-5, addressed the many controversies surrounding cannabis-based medicines.
