Science is made to serve the people. In order to answer complex, troubling questions, scientists spend much of their time in laboratories, working on laborious, time-consuming experiments. If successful, they manage to push our understanding forward. However, if knowledge gained in the laboratory stays in the laboratory, it brings no value to society and loses its primal utility.

Another year, another ICRS has passed. A conference of which some of us have been a participant since 2006. As usual, ICRS meeting was the great opportunity to meet with fellow cannabinoid scientists and learn about the most recent research in the field.
The annual IF PAS Winter School started on Tuesday evening in the familiar environment of Hotel Galaxy. The main theme of the 2019 conference was “Neurobiology and therapy of affective disorders”. read more
