It was a wonderful experience to be a part of the first ICRS in-person meeting since 2019! After a two-year pause in travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were finally able to meet at the 32nd Annual International Cannabinoid Research Society Symposium on the Cannabinoids!
Science is made to serve the people. In order to answer complex, troubling questions, scientists spend much of their time in laboratories, working on laborious, time-consuming experiments. If successful, they manage to push our understanding forward. However, if knowledge gained in the laboratory stays in the laboratory, it brings no value to society and loses its primal utility.
The most important week for every cannabinoid scientist has just ended. This year International Cannabinoid Research Society (ICRS) symposium was held in Leiden, Netherlands, a city of great history as one of Europe’s most prominent scientific centers for more than four centuries.
